A number that can truly make a difference: 112, the European Single Emergency Number.

To explain how it works and the services it provides – accessible and essential for everyone’s safety – the 112 emergency call centre of Saluzzo, within the 112 system of the Piedmont Region, commissioned us to produce an institutional video aimed at citizens.

The Saluzzo emergency call centre, one of the operational centres of the 112 system in Piedmont, handles emergency calls for seven provinces and coordinates, at a national level, requests for the 112Sordi service, dedicated to deaf people across Italy.

A project that brings together information, public service and inclusivity.
We oversaw every stage of the production, from casting to post-production, shaping a clear, accessible and people-centred narrative.
